Provisional terms. These terms apply to app.pfarm.ai as it works today. They will be replaced by full terms before deposits open.

1. Who operates pfarm

pfarm is a brand operated by Synergys, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (“Synergys (BVI)”, “we”). pfarm runs on the YLDX on-chain yield engine.

2. What the service is today

app.pfarm.ai is a public, read-only transparency site. It shows the holdings of the wallets that hold the pfarm Stable, Coin and DEX pools, read directly from public blockchain nodes.

• There is no sign-in and no account. You do not connect a wallet.
• Deposits and withdrawals are not available. The site does not accept funds, does not show a deposit address and does not send transactions.
• Dollar values use market prices from a public price source. Figures can be delayed or incomplete; when that happens the page says so. Where a figure is not measured, the page shows a dash, not zero.

3. The wallets shown are not deposit addresses

The addresses on this site are holding wallets, shown so that anyone can check the balances on a block explorer. Never send funds to them. pfarm will never ask you for a private key or a seed phrase; anyone who does is not pfarm.

4. No offer, no advice

Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell any asset, investment advice or a promise of returns. Target APYs describe strategy mandates and are not guaranteed. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Digital assets and DeFi strategies carry market, liquidity, smart-contract and impermanent-loss risk, including the loss of all capital.

5. Availability and changes

The site is provided as is. It may be unavailable or show outdated data because blockchain nodes or the price source are unavailable. These terms may change; the version date is shown below.

6. Language

These terms are published in English and Italian. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.
